CANCELLATION
Reservations can be cancelled FREE OF CHARGE 24-hours before arrival date.

Late cancelations are subject to
1-night charge
NO-SHOW
A 1-night charge applies for no-shows

Earliest check-in time: 4:00pm
Latest check-out time: 11:00am
Note: Earlier check-in and later check-outs can be requested but can not be guaranteed
CHILDREN
Children up to 12-year old stay FREE OF CHARGE
GUEST PROPERTY
Pemberton Hotel prioritizes the safety and security of all guests and their belongings. However, guests are ultimately responsible for the safety of their personal property. The hotel shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft, damage, or destruction of any personal items brought onto the hotel premises by guests or their visitors.

PETS
We are a PET FRIENDLY hotel. A charge of 30$ per pet + tax applies per entire stay

Room rates are subject to the follwing taxes

The Pemberton Hotel is privately owned and the managment serves a right to refuse a service to anyone

DEPOSIT
We do not charge damage deposits; however, credit cards are required upon check-in . In case of damage the credit cards will charged based on the estimate of the damage.
PROPERTY DAMAGES & STOLEN ITEMS
The registed guest hearby aknowledges and agrees to pay any damages that occur during their stay. Any and all such damages/stolen items shall be determined by the Pemberton Hotel Management.
NO SMOKING POLICY
The hotel is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff. In alignment with this commitment and in compliance with BC health regulations, we strictly enforce a No Smoking Policy within all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and employee work areas.
INJURY AND DEATH
At Pemberton Hotel, the safety and security of our guests and staff are our highest priorities. However, it is important for all guests and visitors to be aware that Pemberton Hotel cannot assume responsibility for any personal injury, death, or other consequences that may result from the actions of guests or third parties.
PARKING
Pemberton Hotel parking is reserved for guests only - FREE OF CHARGE. Non-registed vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.
